Packages and/or Inclusive Tours: if this includes a charter flight, 2/3 days prior the departure a fax and/or an email will be send out to you with all details for the airport meeting, to get all travel documents with one of our representatives. While for all others kind of travel not using a charter flight, all documents will be delivery at the address you have chosen, 2/3 days before the departure date.
