  • Where and how long it takes to get the travel documents such as vouchers, tickets and so on?
    The deliveries of documents are different according to whay you have purchased.
    Packages and/or Inclusive Tours: if this includes a charter flight, 2/3 days prior the departure a fax and/or an email will be send out to you with all details for the airport meeting, to get all travel documents by one of our representatives. While for all others kind of travel not using a charter flight, all documents will be delivery at the address you have chosen, 2/3 days before the departure date.
    HOTEL:Once you have made the booking, you will be able to print out your voucher, carry it with you and show it at the check in, you will also find the same voucher on the confirmation email.
